Another of these stunning 25yo bottlings from Macallan. These, along with the regular 18yo bottlings, were the annual vintage releases and are now some of the most desirable Macallans around. They are typically concentrated and resinous with wonderful notes of wild mushrooms, wet earth, rancio, all kinds of fresh fruit qualities and beautifully pristine sherry qualities like blasamico, dates, herb liqueurs, sultanas and minerals. Legendary stuff!
