Japanese Whisky
After Suntory, Nikka is Japan’s second largest distilling company, and is now owned by the brewer Asahi.
Nikka was set up by Masataka Taketsuru, who built Yoichi distillery in 1934, having previously developed Yamazaki distillery for Suntory.
