A vatting of Islay and Yoichi malts, extremely well balanced.
Mainly composed of malt of the Scottish island of Islay, Nikka white has a strong peaty nose reminiscent of seaweed and iodine, and a soft but deep taste.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Fresh and elegant with iodine, coconut and chocolate.
Palate: Malted barley, honey and dry grass with peat fires.
Finish: Long with salt and seaweed, more malt and some floral flavours.
