Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky

A 1958 single sherry cask of Glenfarclas bottled in 1998 by Signatory to celebrate their 10th anniversary. Distilled in the years before Glenfarclas stopped using peat, this should be a bigger and older style of Glenfarclas full of earthy, muscular sherry notes with big cognac style fruitiness and a rustic oiliness. A stunning looking dram by any measure.
