This Limited Edition small batch bottling involves finishing Connemara in Sherry casks imparting further depth and flavour to the whiskey resulting in a remarkably well balanced masterpiece.

Tasting Notes:
Nose: Caramel and lots of dried fruit, gentle smoke and a hint of sherry.

Palate: Jammy with licorice and citrus intermingled with grass fires.

Finish: Starts sweet and slowly dries going from dried fruit and smoke to aromas of grass bonfires.
