A fantastically fresh and atlantic style malt, full of brine, sea breezes, minerals, wet pebbles, salt, lemon zest and rieslingesque petrol qualities. It also displays some remarkable vegetal notes of cactus, mashed potatoes and earth on the palate which bear strange resemblance to some top class tequilas.
