Body: Rich and refined, with fantastic weight and a magnificent, mouth-filling glow.
Aroma: Marzipan and fudge dominate the nose, backed by ever so subtle phenol notes, with time the sporot softness out, melon and apple notes, the perfume of a wild meadow all mingle woth more robust bourbonesque notes
Palate: The main event is something special, butterscotch, fresh mint, vanilla and almonds all mingle beautifully, wave after wave of luscious creme caramel, madeira cake and spun sugar coat the palate with an intense richness and complexity.
Finish: Soft, balanced and beautifully constructed.
