Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky

This was the first ever release of Ardbeg distilled by the new Glenmorangie owners. Distilled in 1997 and bottled at cask strength in 2003 this is a mighty, gristy, grassy and peat sodden young monster. Not everyone's cup of tea but very collectable and a fascinating glimpse at the younger side of modern Ardbeg.
