Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky

When Provenance was released no one knew what a monster it would become. Despite criticism of daft prices in recent years it remains a benchmark, Islay classic and one of the most influential bottlings of recent times. It is one of those whiskies that, unless you've tasted it, you won't really know what the fuss is about.

Thick, oily and alive with earthy medicinal peat on top of all kinds of coastal sub complexities, it is deservedly a legend.
