FIRST CASK
Traditional whisky oak maturation Mellows the spirit and builds character. This is the customary practice of other Single Malt Scotch Whiskies.

SECOND CASK
Original Sherry Oak maturation increases complexity depth and fullness of flavour. This second cask ageing isa at the Heart of The Balvenie Doublewood.

The result is a Rich, Mellow flavour of grat Depth & Unusual complexity
